Former President Joseph Estrada left his resthouse in Tanay. Rizal on come in a black Navigator a sport utility vehicle past 7 a m. Wednesday. His P4.097 billion plunder case is composed of four charges - P545 million worth of protection money from jueteng; P130 million worth of tobacco excises taxes; P189.7 million worth of shares from Belle Corp and P3,233,104,173.14 of bank accounts under the name of Jose Velarde. - GMANews.
